We’re back, with our new facilitator, Gina of Moonflower Shines! Join us for a deeply meaningful afternoon celebrating life and honoring death as we explore liminal space together in community. Our time will include gentle, mindful movement, open , facilitated conversation around death and dying, grief, and all that surrounds it, and integrating breathwork. We invite individuals with all views, beliefs, and practices, and encourage questions and curiosities as we delve into these deeply sacred topics. You are welcome to bring a cherished token for our altar space, and any comfort items you may need. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided, as well as seasonal soul-nourishing beverages.
