Registrations are open for our next novice powerlifting comp, the Hercules Of The Hills 21, held on April 27th, 2025Are you a novice powerlifter who wants to see what competing is like or has it been awhile since you've competed?
Then this is for you.
This competition is open to:
- a novice lifter looking for their first competition
- anyone looking to get on the platform
Details:
- 3 Lift (squat, bench & deadlift)
- 2 hour weigh in, combo rack, 20kg power bars
- No approved equipment required, however will need knee high socks for deadlifts and closed in shoes
- Federation membership not required
- Limited to 30 lifters
