Group runs at a range of pace & distance - precise options will be communicated on the monday prior
Numbers for this test session are strictly limited to 50 participants and the 5 coaches/run leaders who are leading the session. Participants should select the "Training Pass" option; coaches and run leaders the "Coaching Pass" option. Please do NOT attend unless you have a ticket to the event.
This training sessions is for members of Hedge End Running Club only.
