In this class, we'll explore herbs like lemon balm, passionflower, skullcap ,turmeric and several more which have been used to combat anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.
You'll learn how these herbs can be incorporated into various formulas and applications—such as teas, tinctures, and capsules—to help manage life's emotional ups and downs naturally and gently, offering a holistic approach to mental wellness.
