Welcome to Herbs for the 4th Trimester!

Come join us for a hands-on workshop where we'll explore the power of herbs for new moms. Learn how to create herbal remedies to support your postpartum journey.

If you are pregnant, this class will be especially valuable. If you are just thinking about getting pregnant, it is never too early to prepare for post partum. If you are a CBE, Doula, Midwife or any other person who cares for pregnant and postpartum people, this class is for you.
We will briefly go over some key herbs then dig straight in to hands on making all the goodness.
$125 gets you in the door and leaving with an arm full of great gifts for yourself or others.
We will be making bath fizzes, tinctures, teas, and sprays.
Class size is limited due to space and activities.
This class will be ALL OUTSIDE (weather permitting)
