Sleep is one of the most important things we do each night yet sometimes it is either difficult to fall asleep or in some instances, stay asleep. If you've been wondering about some of the best herbs to assist with a good night's sleep, then this class is for you. We'll discuss some of the more popular herbs as well as some of the more obscure herbal allies to help you achieve your optimal sleep goals.
