Herbal Shower Steamers w/ Melissa Rivera
About this Event
These steamers are typically made from a blend of baking soda, citric acid, and essential oils derived from herbs such as eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, or rosemary. When placed on the shower floor and exposed to water, they dissolve and release fragrant steam infused with herbal properties.

About Your Teacher:
Melissa Rivera is the owner of Holistic Energy Healing, LLC. As a community herbalist Melissa loves engaging the community in wellness practices that make sense to them. Infusing her Puerto Rican
ancestry, traditions and intuition, to help guide her work. Melissa has taught wellness & body care
classes, throughout NYC and the Hudson Valley, NY. Now living in Albany, Melissa loves her new
community and all of its offerings. Melissa is a Member-Owner and Part Time Employee in the
Wellness Department.
