Herbal Reset Retreat

Join us for an afternoon for nourishing self care and learning!

At the heart of an herbal practice is whole-person healing and wellness. With this principle in mind we will open the day by nourishing our bodies with meditation, breathwork, light movement, and tea.

From there we will sit together for a beginner herbalist class. We will discuss the basic building blocks necessary to get you started with an herbal practice. We will discuss herbal actions, recommended herbs for beginners, and how to make your own herbal products. You will make a tincture, herbal oil, and a tea blend to take home.

We will then close out the day with a grounding sound bath for vibrational healing that will include gongs, rain stick, crystal singing bowls, crystal prism chime, vocals, and zaphir chimes.

About Your Facilitator:

Allie is one of the owners and the in-house herbalist here at Thyme Travelers. She's the creator of Green Revolution Herbals, an herbal apothecary. A lover of nature, she's a certified herbalist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and sound healing practitioner that incorporates herbal energetics, ritual, and vibration into her practices. Her focus here at Thyme Travelers is in building a thriving community that values self-empowerment through knowledge and wellness.
