Small group Herbal Reiki Nidra session in a spiritually Sanctified space.Price: $23.00

This is open to any belief or religious practice you follow.
All are welcome.
The only thing that is required, is your willingness - in just being, and to be guided into a unique meditation to provide a relaxed mind and body for one and a half hours.
*Mats will be set up
*Bring a Pillow & Blanket
* Shoes will be off, so please bring socks, as the body temperature tends to lower during Nidra, and even if you normally run warm/hot, you may get cold.
*Try to arrive 15 minutes prior to start time, to set up & get quietly comfortable.
*Try to eat lightly, & stay hydrated
*wear loose comfortable clothing, as tight clothing is restrictive.
**ALL electronics are to be off the body & set to airplane mode, off, or do not disturb (check settings to make sure notifications are on off)
***No audio or video recordings are allowed during sessions, as this is a time spent drawing inwards in peace and security.
