Have you even felt that 2pm slump but don’t want to take caffeine? In this class we will be discussing natural energizing plants and how to incorporate them into your life. These can help you cut down on caffeine (if that’s your goal) and provide you with extra energy as you take on bigger projects. You will receive recipes and a small herbal gift as well.
