Herbal Medicines in your Kitchen. An herbal medicine making class with Lee Ann Monat

We are all trying our best to stay healthy, especially now. What if there were things that we could do on a daily basis that would help us?
Did you know that there are simple herbs and spices you may already have in your kitchen and garden that can be used to treat many common ailments?

In this class we will learn how to properly utilize these healing tools and discover ways to easily incorporate them into everyday life! Each student will be able to create their own medicine to take home.

Join us Saturday, Sept 13th from 9:30-11:30am for this fun and informative class. We’ll share some tea and you’ll go home with your own herbal medicine to help you in your healthy life journey.
