Sophie Outen, our local medicinal herbalist, is back with another fantastic herbal workshop.Join us for a guided walk through the beautiful Brinscall woods looking at the medicinal value of the plants we find along the way.
This year Sophie is doing another series of seasonal walks in Spring, Summer and Autumn. You can book individual walks for £20 or book all 3 for £50. All the walks are from 10 to 12.
The walk will finish at our forest school site for some herbal tea made from what we have collected and a slice of homemade cake.
£20pp, only 12 places available.
We’d advise bringing a notebook and pencil and a camera, unless you have a very good memory!
