Welcome to Herbal First Aid Workshop: Starting Your Own Herbal Medicine Cabinet! Join us at Ruscombe Community Health Center for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to harness the power of herbs in emergency situations and build a simple, powerful herbal first aid kit—and take home a sampling of remedies you made yourself.

We’ll talk through key herbal allies for everyday cuts, scrapes, colds, stress, and more, and how to use them safely and confidently.
