Please bring a small clean glass jar with a lid (for your infused oil) and an apron.

My name is Farah Rizvi, and I’m a chef, Naturopathic Nutritionist & Herbalist. Fully trained in nutrition and clinical herbal medicine, my mission is simple: to empower you to reclaim your health and vitality, no matter how unhealthy you make sustainable changes to your overall health and wellbeing.
