Learn all about finding the right herbs, it’s all about energetics! We’ll go over basic energetic concepts from different herbal view points from Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine and how we use them in Western Herbalism. We’ll discuss concepts like the temperature, tonality, moisture, constitution and how those qualities effect the body and ultimately are the key to making shifts needed to create equilibrium in the body.
Often folks who have tried herbs and had little success with them this concept of energetics was likely not applied. You likely tried the herb because you heard it was “good for” what ever symptoms you’re having but just because an herb may be “good for” some tissue states it may not work for all because of the energy of the herb and of you.
