Join Naturopathic Doctor Katrina Bogdon of "Our Healing Roots," for a workshop in learning how to craft your own herbal cough syrup.
You will learn about individualizing cough syrups based on the expression and type of cough. You will also learn about herbs for the respiratory system and apply this knowledge to formulate and make an effective herbal cough syrup for hot, dry coughs using provided dried and fresh herbs.
You will have the opportunity to taste and experience 2 different herbal syrups, one of which you will learn to make and take with you from the workshop. Handout includes herbal monographs, recipes, and information on home supportive care for coughs.
Participants must be over 21 years of age.
