Herbal Cocktails, $45

Participants will learn how to create and play with different flavors, textures and colors as we create some signature herbal cocktails.
About this Event

The first cocktail was created in an apothecary, so let’s bring it back to the beginning! In this class, Zach Fisher from Vulpes Wild Arts will share his love for foraging, herbalism and the ritual of the drink as well as some fun history and personal experiences with cocktail creations. We will learn how use the herbs in your garden and apothecary to make delicious and medicinal cocktails. We will create and play with different flavors, textures and colors as we create some signature class cocktails.

About the instructor: Zach is an artist, wilderness educator and herbalist. He is the founder of Vulpes Wild Arts, a survival skills and folk craft school based in Northern New Jersey. He has worked as a bartender and menu creator for several cocktail specific bars in San Francisco and New York City and has a passion for the ritual of the cocktail.
