Herbal Bath Workshop with Lauren Snyder

Lauren will guide us through the art of blending herbal baths for healing and wellbeing. During the workshop we'll explore a variety of herbs and botanical ingredients; their uses and benefits; and how best to incorporate them into herbal baths for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Each participant will have the opportunity to blend their very own custom herbal bath tea recipe to take home.

Lauren is a queer herbalist, botanical artisan, and local plant walk guide. The third generation of their family to live in Ojai, Lauren has always been inspired by and deeply connected to the plants of the Ojai valley and beyond. Lauren founded Thimble and Seed, a small local business that offers Botanical Art, Handcrafted herbal products, and Educational workshops to help people reconnect with nature by way of plant-based wisdom and whimsy.
