Learn the science of why herbs work, but also how to connect with their innate wisdom as plant beings.We will be discussing practical herbalism for any and all to use effectively during the holiday season when we all can tend to be eating a bit more than usual.
I will have herbs to pass around for feeling, meditation, sipping, and tasting. This is going to be an experiential class that will hopefully empower you to incorporate some plant medicine into your holidays this season!
