We have a lot of folks that have been practicing with herbs in many ways. Whether it just on your own, with your family, an online course, a book you got or a local apothecary you've gotten inspiration from. There are so many valid practices that gather wonderful life experiences.
We would like to offer a safe space to share what you have learned. Keeping in mind everyone is different and not everyone has had the same experience. It is good to hold space for folks' journey and listen/learn what we can.
After we gather in the very comfy lounge space at Grow Plant Bar we will begin with some introductions and see what folks brought to share. From there we will move to sharing experiences and just see where the night takes us.
