Herb of the Month; Lemon Balm

Join Sheffield-based Medical Herbalist and Naturopath, Abby Prendergast, for an uplifting evening taking a deep dive into the benefits of Lemon Balm. You’ll learn all about the qualities of this wonderful plant and the ways you can work with it at home to bring more vitality to your life and health.

The evening will be a 2-hour immersive and practical experience where you’ll learn medicine making skills as Abby guides you through making your own herbal lip balm! We’ll be having a tea tasting experience and you’ll also be gifted some seeds to bring home, with Abby sharing how you can grow and harvest your own medicine right on your front doorstep or windowsill!

Abby is a Medical Herbalist, Naturopath, Doula and former Mental Health Nurse, based in Sheffield. She loves connecting people with the healing power of plant medicine and supporting them to feel empowered to take charge of their health. Abby offers a deeply holistic approach to health and wellbeing and seeks to understand the root causes of a condition or imbalance to offer the most suitable and individualised support. Abby currently sees clients for 1:1 consultations from The Sheffield Wellness Centre on Abbeydale road. She loves sharing her experience and knowledge of plants and offers regular workshops and herb walks locally.
