Herb Drying Demo

Drying herbs concentrates their flavor, making them a potent addition to cooking, especially in dishes that benefit from prolonged simmering. Dried herbs also have a longer shelf life than fresh herbs, allowing for year-round use and easy storage, and enables you to extend your harvest and/or use all that you purchase!

You'll have the opportunity to sample the dried herbs and go home with the recipe to replicate them at home.
