Kommt vorbei zur HERA Women* Only Open Mat, ein entspannter Raum, um gemeinsam zu rollen, zu trainieren und sich mit anderen Frauen aus der Grappling-Community zu vernetzen.

Egal ob Anfängerin oder erfahrene Athletin: Im Mittelpunkt stehen gemeinsames Lernen, gute Runden, gegenseitiger Support und eine starke Atmosphäre auf der Matte.

Trainiert wird sowohl Gi als auch No-Gi.
Bring gute Energie mit und lass uns gemeinsam eine starke Session daraus machen!
