About this Event
For generations, women have been taught to bite our tongues, avoid rocking the boat, and always be good. But being the “good girl” often means abandoning ourselves to keep the outer peace—instead of advocating for ourselves to protect our inner peace.
Whether you freeze in conflict or fume quietly after it’s over, this empowerment workshop offers insight, reflection, embodied practices, and sisterhood to help you stop shrinking and start standing sovereign. If disagreeing, expressing your needs, or not being liked sounds scary (or impossible), this is your space, Sis. It is a warm and fierce invitation to come back to your truth, your voice, and your personal sovereignty.
You’ll leave with:
- A deeper understanding of why you go quiet, what it’s costing you, and how to shift the pattern
- Practical tools to help you express disagreement or set boundaries with courage
- A felt sense of what it means to be sovereign—not just in theory, but in your body
- A sisterhood of women practicing and rising alongside you Come curious, come brave, come ready to reclaim!
Join us for a playful, practical, and powerful experience designed to help you speak up, set boundaries, and stand tall in the moments that test you.
Proceeds go to support Ku'ikahi Mediation Center in Hilo, HI which offers sliding-scale mediation services, facilitation, and trainings to promote peace within and without.
