Each month will feature a curated menu of small bites from HER Kitchen, thoughtfully designed to complement the evening’s theme. We highlight ingredients with wellness benefits in mind to truly nourish you from the inside out.

ABOUT KRISTIE....
I’m Kristie, a Board-Certified Traditional Naturopath, Tuning Fork Therapist, mom of two amazing daughters, wife to my loving and supportive partner, and proud corgi mom.
Rooted Naturopathy was born from my deep belief that the body is always speaking, and when we slow down enough to listen, healing begins. My work weaves together traditional naturopathic principles, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and sound frequency therapy to help you tune into what your body is asking for physically, emotionally, and energetically.
I’m especially passionate about supporting nervous system regulation and helping people who feel overwhelmed, inflamed, exhausted, or disconnected come back into balance. Through nutrition, herbal medicine, acupoints, and tuning forks, we work at the root, not just the surface.
Healing, to me, is about remembering who you are underneath the stress and noise.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me learning something new, traveling, grounding barefoot outside, tending to my garden, soaking in time with my family, or being lovingly bossed around by our corgi.
I’m grateful every day to do this work and honored to walk alongside those who are ready to return to themselves
