I’ve chosen to host this workshop in January 2026 because so many of us spent 2025 moving through deep highs and lows — healing, rebuilding, and redefining who we are.

This is a gentle reminder that it’s never too late to start again.
You don’t need to rush into the new year; you just need to arrive — grounded, aware, and ready to align.

Everything we do and say is connected — our thoughts, our bodies, our energy.
This workshop is about slowing down enough to listen to those connections, to create a vision that feels aligned with the real you, not the rushed version of you.
