"Her Movement" is a women's only dance class held at ELVT Studio, a beautiful women's only strength training space in Ottawa. This dance class is for absolutely all levels and the focus is confidence building through movement.
100% of ticket sales will be donated to Nelson House; a space dedicated to providing all persons who identify as women and their children shelter, support and information so that they can take steps towards ending violence in their lives.
Participants also have the chance to win items from amazing buisnesses owned by women in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.
