Join us on the eve of the Harvest Moon for an intimate, soul-nourishing experience designed to reconnect you with your power, your rhythm, and your womanhood. Her Cycle, Her Power is a sacred space for women navigating the shifts of perimenopause and beyond—where strength, softness, and spirituality meet.
Co-led by Carolyn Strohl, a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach and Herbalist, and Luba Carlson, Faith Based Intuitive Energy Worker, this gathering offers a unique blend of embodied education and gentle energetic healing.
What to Bring:
Pillow, blanket, journal, and water. There is a private bathroom should you decide to bring a change of clothes. I will provide thick exercise mats for you to lay on.
