Hennepin County 2024 Construction Networking Event

Are you an emerging general contractor, subcontractor, or supplier looking for upcoming project opportunities and resources to grow your business?

Hennepin County's annual construction networking event is an opportunity for you to meet and share your capabilities with Hennepin County project teams, large general contractors in the region and, local resource providers. There will be information on upcoming opportunities and resources that firms can utilize.

Participants will receive information about county construction programs, products, and service, including Roster Programs, TFL Program, Set-Aside Program, Best Value Process and Procureware Bidding Software.

Participants will be provided information about upcoming Facility Services and Transportation construction projects, services, and programs.

• Up to 25 hours of no-cost professional advising, paid for by Hennepin County, is available to eligible contractors from experience construction industry experts in areas such as business assessment and growth, construction project management, construction accounting, construction law, and safety plan preparation.

• Contractors may apply to the Elevate Construction program, designed to work with owners of established construction companies identify and fill gaps to successfully access the working capital and bonding required to take on larger projects. To learn more, there will be presentations at 11:30 am, 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm.
