HELSINKI RUGBY CLUB'S WOMEN'S TEAM IS HERE WITH LONGEST BEGINNER'S COURSE EVER! One whole month full of learning versatile, rugby-related skills and getting to know the biggest and oldest rugby club in Finland! Gets even better: with no cost!
To participate you don't need any previous experience or knowledge in rugby. During the course we will cover the very basic skills of rugby from ball handling to contact skills. You will get to know the rules through fun small games and you will have an opportunity to participate in a strength training workshop. The course will end with a rookie party to get to know all the other players ?
When? Tuesdays at 9.30pm and Sundays at 4.30pm

How much does it cost? Nothing!
What language is the course held in? Finnish and English
What do I need with me? Football boots or trainers, clothes suitable for sweating and a water bottle
