Join us to hear local author Leia Barrett read her book The Odd Dog and gain an introduction to the 3/3/3 Rule in the latest event in The Dogs' Spot's Speaker Series.
The Odd Dog is a beautifully illustrated children’s book about a rescue dog learning to live with a family for the first time. Inspired by her own rescue, Layla, who has been a student of The Dogs' Spot, The Odd Dog is dedicated to all the rescues who have found where they belonged. Books will be available for purchase and signing, and a portion of all sales goes to rescues and shelters.
Leia Barrett is an award-winning children's book author living her best life in Kansas City with her husband Drew and rescue dog, Layla. You can read more about Leia's work here: https://storiesbyleia.com/
Please note this talk is designed for humans only, and is open to all ages. Registration is appreciated: thedogsspot.com/speakers-series
