Helpfully Lunch June 23 - Fitness

For June, we'll be meeting on the patio at Superica, a Mexican restaurant in Krog Street Market. We promise to adhere to safety precautions and provide the forum for a lively discussion about how to get in shape and stay fit.

We'll discuss exercise and the value of sticking to a routine.  How do you make the time to exercise when there are so many demands from work and family? What are the ways you exercise each day?  Do you find there are some times less likely to have interruptions that can torpedo even the best intentions to exercise?  Do you walk or run?  What's your favorite type of exercise?  As always, we encourage you to build professional relationships and to connect with our network.
