About this Event
Building a Stronger Business That Gives You Strategic Options
Join us for a session with guest speaker Darren Downes, Growth and Strategy Expert. Darren leads a business consultancy supporting owners through growth and scaling, exit planning, and M&A — bringing a commercially grounded perspective from his career across sales, marketing, and commercial operations in multiple sectors.
How do you build a business that's more valuable, less dependent on any one person, more sustainable and easier to run. This session is for founders and senior leaders in Help to Grow businesses who want to shift from day-to-day operator thinking to strategic, long-term value building. We'll cover owner and key-person dependency, recurring revenue, systems and processes, management capability, customer quality, and the key commercial factors that drive long-term business value.
