Hello Sailor! The Boat Ball

Join the creative teams from PS2 and Another World Belfast CIC as together we make wearable art as part of the Belfast 2024 WATER WORKS project.

On Saturday 3 August, the spectacular culmination of WATER WORKS will see 10,000 boats – big and small - released on the river Lagan accompanied by performers, processions and pontoons. We’ll be bobbing alongside (on dry land!) with handcrafted headgear and dragged-up dinghy detailing.

During this workshop, we will use reclaimed materials to bring some colour, joy and maritime realness to this ambitious endeavour!
