Hello Baby provides 4 x weekly sessions to support you with finding out more about becoming a new parent and the support available to you.
About this Event

The weekly sessions are 2-4pm at Long Cross Family Hub on the following dates:

5th February - Introduction to Family Hubs, Midwives, and support for dads/non-birthing parents

12th February - Infant Feeding - responsive feeding and support available

19th February - Midwives - preparing for the birth experience, and the early days after having your baby

26th February- Health Visitors - understanding your baby's needs and communication, baby brain development, and looking after your own emotional wellbeing/relationships
