Join us for Helen's Heroes first-ever Beer Crawl Fundraiser on Saturday, October 17, 2026!
Hop aboard as we travel by bus to several local stops, spending one hour and 30 minutes at each location to enjoy drinks, socialize, and support a great cause. The bus departs from The Finch at 12:00 p.m. and a portion of the drink sales at each stop will be donated to Helen's Heroes. Throughout the event, guests can also participate in fun fundraising games available for purchase, giving everyone even more ways to make a difference. After visiting all participating locations, the bus will return everyone to The Finch at 7:00 p.m. We hope you'll join us for an afternoon of fun, community, and fundraising in support of Helen's Heroes!
Day-of registration begins at 10:30am at The Finch. From there the schedule will be as follows:
The Finch: 10:30am – 12:00pm | registration and t-shirts, college game day viewing, additional fundraising games will be available for purchase. Bus departs at 12:00pm.
Stop 1: 12:15–1:45 PM | Dancing Gnome Brewery
Stop 2: 2:00–3:30 PM | Hitchhiker Brewing
Stop 3: 3:45–5:15 PM | 11th Hour Brewing
Stop 4: 5:30–6:45 PM | Cinderlands Warehouse
The Finch: Arrive by 7:00 PM
Single ticket includes seating on bus that will transport you to each location, event t-shirt, and special drink rates at select locations.
Please fill out form to register. EACH ATTENDEE MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM.
Participation in this event is contingent upon signing a liability waiver at check-in. All participants must complete the waiver before taking part in the event.
