Join Becky English of Noetic Sounds at Bend + Fly for an immersive sound journey, resting in the gentle support of a silk aerial hammock. The fabric surrounds you in a cocoon-like space while live sounds unfold around you. No aerial experience is needed - simply settle in, listen and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
This session features gongs and deep resonant crystal bowls. Every Held gathering has its own character and soundscape.

✨ Limited to 18 hammocks
Bring a blanket and pillow, water and a warm layer. Please arrive 10 minutes early and allow extra time for parking. Doors are locked 5 minutes after the start.
Studio parking is via the last driveway on the right at 25 Donkin Street. The West Village Car Park offers two hours free parking and is about a seven-minute walk away. Weekend parking can be limited, so please allow extra time.
