Held Space is a collective of open-minded, kind-hearted people brought together by a shared love of mental health, movement, and creativity.

We recently built out the entire fourth floor of a historic Greenpoint building, and we’re so excited to welcome you into our new community hub just off Manhattan Ave. With a spacious studio, cozy common areas, and private offices, it’s a space designed for connection, creativity, and care.

Come explore the space, learn about membership and upcoming wellness offerings, and meet the community—all for a donation-based ticket. Bring a friend (or two)!

Members will be hosting booths with offerings like breathwork, tarot, baked goods, and more. We'll also have non-alcoholic drinks and light bites to enjoy.
