You’re invited into a cozy evening designed for deep rest. Soft candlelight, calming aromas, and gently swaying aerial hammocks set the tone for your body to unwind and your mind to slow down.

The heart of this experience is the music.Live music by local Hamilton artist mystery tea. will guide the journey. Layered tones, spacious textures, and soothing rhythms that move through the body, creating a sense of being supported from the inside out. You’re welcome to settle into the hammock, drift with the sound, and simply receive this evening in.

Light reiki, breathwork, and a gentle meditation will be woven into the experience to help deepen relaxation and add to the overall journey.

To close the evening, we’ll settle back down to the ground and enjoy hot tea and light refreshments together. All the cozy vibes.
