Hekate's Deipnon, also known as "Hekate's Supper" was a monthly ritual celebrated and performed in the ancient Hellenic world and continues to be recognized and practiced by modern practitioners today.
Join us under the absent light of the Dark Moon, where we may honor and release those things which have run their course, and to partake of our rite to honour Hekate Aidônaia, as she aids Persephone's descent into the realm of Hades . We will also present offerings to appease the restless dead in the way of the witch. Afterwards, we will perform divination and plot our spiritual courses across this next lunar cycle.
Bring yourself, invite others, and consider an offering of bread; wine, flowers, or a similarly inspired contribution! This is an open event and no prerequisites are required to attend.
(Circles of the High Sierras is donation-based and runs entirely on the generosity of our community. Rituals are always free to attend and any support our attendees may be able to offer is appreciated. A suggested donation for rituals can range from $5 to $20, and as always, we are eternally grateful for your part in helping us to create this space for the community.)
