Heitz Cellars, Napa Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Blending with the Winemaker!

Join Winemaker, Brittany Sherwood as she guides us through the blending of three of Heitz Cellar's vineyards: Martha's Vineyard, Trailside and Linda Falls.
Here's how it works:

• Each guest receives three beakers of wine. One containing Martha's Vineyard, one containing Trailside and one with Linda Falls wine.

• Winemaker, Brittany Sherwood, explains the characteristics of each vineyard and shares with you details regarding the vintage and history.

• You combine, or blend, the wines to your taste and liking essentially making your own version of Heitz Cellar Lot-C91.

Following the blending session enjoy a glass of 2018 Heitz Cellar's C-91 paired with Tasting House's Steak Frites.
Heitz Cellar C-91, Martha's Vineyard, Trailside Vineyard, & Linda Falls will be available for sale at event special pricing. Have them signed by the winemaker!
