In this training, you will learn practical tools to protect family property—such as wills, transfer-on-death deeds, basic trusts, and written family agreements—explained in plain language. We will talk about when you might need a lawyer and what you can begin on your own. Using asset-based community development principles, you will start a Land Protection Plan for at least one family property, with one or two concrete actions to take in the next 6–12 months.
