About this Event

In this training, you will learn what happens to property when someone dies, what “heirs property” is, and how unclear ownership can put family land at risk. We will unpack how names get on (or left off) a deed and what that means for decision-making and passing land on. Each participant will start a Family Land Snapshot listing any property connected to their family, who is believed to own it, and key questions that need answers.
