A native of Windsor, Ontario who absorbed the energy of 2000s-era Detroit before relocating to London in 2000, Heidi cut her teeth selling records in one of the world’s most famous club scenes, got drafted into the peak-era Get Physical roster circa 2006 and hasn’t looked back since. From 2011-2017 she ran her Jackathon Jams imprint out of Berlin, showcasing a wide range of established legends alongside then-emerging talent for a roster that still looks fresh today: DJ Pierre, Kim Ann Foxman, Shaun J. Wright, Miss Kittin, tINI, Maya Jane Coles, and more. Parlaying this into a long-running radio show on BBC1, she rode the subsequent success onto the international touring circuit, establishing herself as a strong presence in Ibiza, at major festivals across the globe like Movement, Exit, and more, plus appearances at Europe’s most famous clubs and others across the US and the world. More recently, she made repeat appearances for the high profile HE.SHE.THEY roving international series and restarted her own events in the form of the UK-based Hi-Jacked nights. A 20-year veteran DJ with chops and style to spare, we welcome her to Dark Room for her Baltimore debut.
