Meet Pushpalatha:

Pushpalatha is a seasoned dancer with an unparalleled passion for the art of
movement. Her journey in the world of dance has taken her through the rhythmic
tapestry of Kathak, the sensual allure of belly dancing, the urban beats of hip hop,
the fluidity of contemporary dance, and her personal favorite, the vibrant energy of
Bollywood. Pushpalatha is on a mission to weave dance seamlessly into people's
daily lives, using it not just as a form of physical fitness but as a transformative art
that teaches confidence, self-esteem, perseverance, cultural awareness, healthy
lifestyle habits, and, of course, stress relief. In her classes, participants are not just
learning dance; they are embarking on a journey of self-discovery. With a focus on
musicality, form, attitude, and sheer joy, Pushpalatha's dance routines are a
celebration of diversity, drawing inspiration from a spectrum of dance styles. Join
Pushpalatha on this extraordinary dance adventure – where each step is a brushstroke, and the dance floor is a canvas for personal and cultural expression.

About Shraddha:
" Hello! My name is Shraddha and I am a professional Dancer, Choreographer and a Mental Health therapist. I would like to share some insights about my journey in dance and where I am with it currently and how I want to move forward and grow with the same.
I am a classically trained (Bharatnatyam) dancer since the age of 5 years and currently training myself in Kathak. As a child, I used follow dancers and their moves on screen or around me and that’s how my family knew that I am keen and excited to dance. As I grew older, my family enrolled me into classical dancing as they believed I had talent that could be enhanced with proper training and attention. As I grew up, I realized that I love teaching dance just the way I love doing it myself and I started taking up wedding choreographies, choreographies for kids for school performances, later for college fests and competitions and eventually started my journey as a choreographer at the age of 17. I have had a part- time and full-time job as a choreographer when I was in Mumbai and worked in a well-known Dance Academy in Bandra, Mumbai for about 2-3 years that allowed me to teach dance to various age groups. I believe I am not only a dancer but also a performer and I have been a part of various stage shows since childhood. I think learning is a continuous process and no matter how much experience I gain, my journey of learning more will never stop, Therefore, I always keep looking for more opportunities to learn and improve myself in dancing and be in touch with dancing in some or the other way. Lastly, I feel that 'No matter wherever I go, Dance always follows me, and I follow it back.' "

We ask that all participants arrive 5 MINUTES prior to class.
