Mimi’s lifelong love for dance, rooted in styles like Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop, has blossomed into her dream career as a Heels Performer and Teacher. Her ultimate goal? To create a safe and inspiring space where students can express themselves freely, discover their inner strength, and feel truly liberated through movement.

• What to Expect: This workshop is perfect for dancers of all levels—whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills. Mimi’s approach focuses on building confidence while mastering the fundamentals of dancing in heels.

• Warm-Up & Conditioning: Start with a full-body dance warm-up and targeted exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles needed for dancing in heels.
• Technique & Drills: Learn essential movement patterns and body positioning to ensure proper technique. These drills will help you feel comfortable and graceful in your heels.
