Heels & Feels is a welcoming, beginner-friendly heels dance class designed to help women reconnect with their confidence, femininity, and self-expression through movement.

Whether you've never danced before, have two left feet, or have been wanting to try a heels class for years, this space is for you. Our goal is to create an environment where you can learn, grow, and have fun without pressure or judgment.

Come solo, bring a friend, or make new connections while enjoying a night dedicated to yourself.

We generally wear black and might add lace or something fun to spice it up!, but the most important thing is that you wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident.

Heels are encouraged but not required. Sneakers are always welcome.
