About this Event
Ages 18+ ONLY!
In this class, participants will learn to transform dried maize kernels into a pliable masa to later use in making a warm kabocha squash atole drink.
We will cover all the steps from making the nixtamal, how to grind the maiz to use for the elaboration of our sesonally inspired maize-based drink.
