Heavy Metta: A Half-Day Loving Kindness Cultivation Retreat
Join us for "Heavy Metta," a heartfelt half-day retreat at the welcoming URU Yoga airport location, hosted by the Gulf Coast Dharma Meditation Society. This special event is all about nurturing your capacity for compassion and unconditional love through the practice of Loving Kindness, or Metta, meditation.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, "Heavy Metta" provides a warm and supportive environment to deepen your connection with yourself and others. Together, we'll explore guided meditations, reflective exercises, and group discussions designed to help you extend loving kindness to yourself, your loved ones, neutral parties, and even those you may have conflicts with.
Our serene retreat space at URU Yoga offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing you to focus on your inner growth and well-being. You'll leave feeling more peaceful, connected, and equipped with practical tools to bring the benefits of Loving Kindness into your everyday life.
