WHERE AND WHEN:The event will be held at John Bryan State Park (3790 State Route 370, Yellow Springs, OH 45387).
Arrival will be at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 27th. The event will run from then until 11:00 AM on Sunday, September 29th.

ABOUT ADMISSION:
Admission for the weekend will be $15 and $10, if you're just attending for the day
Saturday. The admission of $15 covers your camping spot, community dinner Saturday and your craft. The $10 admission for Saturday will cover your meal and craft only.
No charge for kids.
FOR THOSE ATTENDING:
Everyone is encouraged to bring a side for the community dinner Saturday so we can celebrate our harvest season in honor of Sif together. Bring a feminine deity/goddess for the altar so we have a community energy. We will have a blessing of the food for our community dinner.
We will also be taking donations all weekend as well as holding a raffle on saturday which will include several prizes, which include: free admission for next years camping trip, orgonite (altar ware), a hand wrapped pendant, 50/50 drawing and more! All proceeds after will go back to EV towards more events and materials needed for the development and growth of the community.
We will have games which are tailored to how our ancestors used to socialize when they gathered for fun and celebration. There will be plenty of things to do as you may also participate as you'd like and just come gather together for laughs, community, and bonding.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
- Friday 27th -
Arrival will be at 5:00 PM. This will be time for registration/signing of waivers and setting up camp.
Opening ritual led by Daile at 7:00 PM
Socializing and drum circle at dusk
- Saturday 28th -
Morning meditation at 8:00 AM with Angel
Herb walk/hike at 9:00 AM with Janet
Soul Lore study at 11:30 AM with Rob
Break out for lunch
Meet up with Roger at 1:30 PM to learn the history and functions of the Lyre
Abbie will do a craft with us at 3:00 PM
Community dinner to be served at 5:00 PM (Bring a side for contribution to the dinner. EV will provide pulled pork sandwiches which will be smoked slowly all day.)
After dinner we will have time to just sit around and socialize. There will be games of the old age, such as bull ring toss, ax throwing and more.
